The Holiday Flat
Flat and Location
Our Holiday Flat is located in the 1st floor of a house in a quiet residential area in Rattelsdorf, in wonderful Upper Francoina. There ist space for up to five persons.
Holiday guests, families with children or workers will be totally satisfied.
The idyllic village of Rattelsdorf is also called the Pearl of the 'Itzgrund'. Due to its geographically convenient location it is possible to easily and quick reach both, the Itzgrund and the Valley of the Main river by both car or bike.
Bicycle lanes are very well organized. It is possible to take the Round Trip "Itzgrund-Oberes Maintal" starting in Rattelsdorf. But even in the closer area of Rattelsdorf there is a lot to discover. The historic villages e.g. of Mürsbach, Freudeneck or Ebing are always worth a visit, not least because of their Breweries and the beer gardens.

The Flat satisfies all needs of your stay.
There is a TV (some channels in foreign languages).
There is free WI-FI in each room of the flat.
The big kitchen is fully equipped. There's not only a microwave oven and a coffee machine, but also a dish washer.

Rooms
The whole flat has approx. 90 m² Besides kitchen and bathroom you will rent three rooms which differ in size and number of beds:
Room 1 (30 m²) is the biggest room of the flat. There is a double bed as well as a cosy couch. From this room you'll have access to the big balcony.
Room 2 (22 m²) smaller than room 1. Here you'll find two single beds.
Room 3 (13 m²) is the smallest room in the flat and offers a single bed. But with its window pointing east, this is the most quiet and coolest room, especially during the summertime.
